How does The Luggage Cab service work?

Simply book online by entering your pickup and drop-off locations, select your date and time, and we’ll handle the rest. Our professional drivers will collect your luggage from your specified location and deliver it safely to your destination. Whether you’re arriving early, leaving late, or simply want to enjoy the city without carrying bags, we take care of everything so you can travel light and worry-free.

How much luggage can I send?

You can send up to 20 pieces of luggage per booking. If you’re travelling with oversized items or a larger number of bags, no problem, our team can arrange a customised solution for you. Just contact us and we’ll take care of the rest.

Is my luggage insured?

Yes, absolutely. Your luggage is covered while using The Luggage Cab services, with protection of up to USD 1,000 per item.

For additional peace of mind, you may choose a Premium Protection add-on, which increases coverage to USD 2,000 per item and includes a reusable luggage cover. Premium Protection is charged once per booking and applies to all items included in the booking.

Can you provide bag delivery from the airport and suitcase storage?

Yes. We provide convenient bag delivery from the airport to your home, hotel, or other destination in Dubai. If you need to leave your bags for a while, we also offer secure suitcase storage for travelers who need a safe place to store their luggage.

Do you offer temporary storage and monthly luggage storage?

Yes. Our flexible temporary storage options are ideal for travelers who need to store luggage for a few hours, days, or weeks. For longer stays, we also offer monthly luggage storage to keep your bags safely stored for as long as you need.

How far in advance should I book? Can you collect my luggage the same day?

We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee availability. That said, we understand that travel plans can change, and we do our best to accommodate same-day requests whenever possible, subject to driver availability in your area.

What are your operating hours?

We operate 24/7, 365 days a year. Whether you need an early morning airport transfer or a late-night pickup, our service is available around the clock to meet your needs.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), debit cards, PayPal and Apple Pay. Payment is processed securely at the time of booking. We also offer invoicing options for corporate clients and long-term partners.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 12 hours before pickup. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled pickup time are subject to a 50% fee, while no-shows will be charged in full.
